I am Katarina, a girl from Serbia, with dreams of seeing the world. Since the young age, I have felt that waiting to have money, be older, more stable or waiting for retirement in order to travel and enjoy life is just the lie society was trying to sell me. Life is unpredictable, and you never know what will happen next. The only way to live a fulfilling life is by making sure you spend your days doing something you love. In my case, it is all about travelling and exploring, as well as opening myself to new experiences, ideas, cultures and people. For years, I have been slowly going in the direction of living the life of my own preference. I am currently on a six-month trip around Southeast Asia. What can you expect from the blog?
You will get travel tips, such as useful information about the destinations, hidden gems and most importantly, I will be portraying the places as truthfully as possible. Slow travel allows me to experience more of the everyday life, and provides me a better understanding of the people, and the culture. This way I have time to explore tourist places, as well as the locals’ favourites, which I can then share with you.
